If you cannot log in to Dashboard, the steps from this article may help.
2FA errors and resetting
If you encounter 2FA errors, first check that the clocks on your computer and phone match. If they are not, sync the time and try logging in again.
If you still have problems, reach out to your dashboard administrator. They can reset your 2FA by following these steps:
Navigate to Settings → Team → Members.
Click on the drop-down list next to the relevant member.
Select Reset 2FA.
After that, you can set up your login and sign in as usual.
2FA for several devices
If you are creating a new Dashboard account, you can set up 2FA for one account on several devices. For existing accounts, you need to reset 2FA before using it on more than one device.
To set up 2FA on multiple devices, follow these steps:
If you need to reconnect an existing account, reset 2FA first.
When you receive reconnection instructions, save the QR code so both devices can scan it.
Scan the QR code with both devices.
You will now receive the 2FA login code on both devices.
"Account was locked due to security reasons" error
If you can’t log in to Dashboard or see the message "Account was locked due to security reasons," please contact your Dashboard administrator.
A colleague with an Admin role can reactivate your account in Settings → Team → Members.
If you're the only Admin
If you are the only team member or the only admin in Dashboard and cannot log in or use 2FA, please reach out to the Support team at [email protected].
For security reasons, the Support team cannot reset passwords or 2FA for users if there are other active administrators on the account.
